Provide you with lots of ideas and examples
Ask you lots of questions and listen to your ideas and opinions
Have plenty of breaks
Give you opportunities to try things out with exercises that involve discussions in small groups, questionnaires, drawing things, physical movement, acting...
Let you opt out of any activity that you don't like, provided you observe and give feedback to those who do take part.
Integrate your learning regularly throughout, and at the close of the course.

Introduction
Leaders may have a recognised leadership or managerial role but some leaders have no official leadership role.
These are people who have an innate ability to draw people to them and influence them, perhaps without realising it. These might also be people with a particular skill set that means they are involved in everything the organisation attempts, and influence the outcome, for good or ill.
Concept: In a Healthy Culture, everybody leads in some context
Leaders aren't necessarily the "person in charge." In fact the person in charge may not be a ‘leader' at all.
